Comfy bed in the queen room, plus central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Besides, the location was amazing and decent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a night club.

Beautiful and little hotel, our stay was such great.
Our queen room had central heating, multi-channel TV and a sitting area. The staff were very very nice and welcoming the whole time. It was in a great and lovely location, close to freeway. The hotel was set in a pretty nice area.

Location offers easy access to downtown attractions. The common areas boast cozy decorations and a cute ambiance that can make you kick back after a long day outdoors.
The suite I booked for myself and my four adult kids was a tight squeeze, with only two chairs for five of us and a single bathroom that felt inconvenient, especially without an extra sink for making coffee in peace. There were no breakfast options, a bummer on cold days, and while the hotel touts a courtyard view, it turned out to be a utilitarian area that didn't enhance the experience at all. For over a thousand bucks for two nights, I expected more than just basic amenities and a wonky layout.

The cozy decorations, including warm wood furniture and a charming stone fireplace, made the common areas inviting.
Modernize the bathrooms for better accessibility.

We enjoyed the fact that it is very clean & comfortable as well as being affordable for a stay in the mountains. We found it to be nice & quiet. Also, it is within easy walking distance to downtown for supper. Easy to find on the main streett. Parking very accessible which is important in Banff when it is busy. Would stay again. We make several short trips to mountains during the year for hiking or snowshoeing.

The hotel room was very clean, we loved the king size bed and the view from our room! It is a good place for an over night stay rather than an extended holiday.
The lack of tea in the room.

The location was decent up to the loft area and the staff here was accommodating and patient. Enjoyed our queen room with 3 double beds, the balcony, for example.

I was frustrated by the lack of clarity during check-in. The staff seemed confused, leaving me unsure about the amenities. There were no garbage bins on the hotel floor, not even in common areas, quite inconvenient.

Location
Our room was located just across the pizzeria. There was smell coming out of the door and empty boxes on the hallway.

Rooms were nice and clean.
One of the staff members was extremely rude. She basically called me a liar when I told her I had negotiated a rate another desk person. She checked, found out she was wrong, but never apologized. In fact, she continued to snap at me.

The cozy atmosphere with warm wood furniture made our stay special 😊 The only downside was the bathroom accessibility-it could use some updates.
